You’ll arrive on the day of your picnic with everything ready for you and your guests to enjoy. Best of all, when you’re done, you won't have to lift a finger. No packing away, washing up, or hauling stuff back to the car. We’ll take care of it all! We have an amazing team of suppliers to add those special extra touches, from caterers to photographers. So, what are you waiting for? Get in touch and let’s create more special memories.
You can contact our team via email, social media, or complete the form on our website. We will need to have the details of your event and obtain a 50% non-refundable deposit to block the time slot. The remainder of the balance is due 1 week before your event.

We currently offer packages suitable for 2-32 people that include comfortable seating, decor, and florals.
Beverages- Bottled water served in our signature cooler.
Food- There are many gourmet food options that you can choose from our menu
Styling- Each setup has a styling customization option. You can choose any of our bohemian styling tables, Botanical Garden, Enchanted Forest, Alice in Wonderland, Boho Chic, Backyard Movie Night or Romance set-up, or a personalized themed set-up. Let us know if you have a preference of styling so we can tailor a picnic to fit your special request.
Every great picnic deserves great food! We currently serve a seasonal charcuterie grazing box filled with meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, salads, sweet and savory pairings.
Customized grazing boards are available with each of our picnic experiences. If you’d like to add hors d'oeuvres or salad to your picnic, we have an upgrade option. We also offer a choice of desserts for each picnicker to enjoy. Water is included.
ALL PICNIC COLLECTIVE MENUS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, DEPENDING ON SEASONAL PRODUCE AVAILABILITY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPLACE AN ITEM ON THE MENU WITH SOMETHING EQUALLY AS GOURMET AND DELICIOUS.
Yes, feel free to bring your own food and beverage.
There are a number of public parks and beaches where we can set up your picnic.
Our team can also provide recommendations on locations. We can also set up in your home, indoor or outdoors.
Our 50% deposit is non-refundable, however we understand that emergencies happen. Please speak to our team and we will try to reschedule.
Can I reschedule the picnic due to bad weather or sudden changes? Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event we will allow you to reschedule the picnic to any future available date within 3 months of your original booking.
Even if the weather gets a bit unpleasant, there's no reason to give up on your picnic dream. Indoor picnics can be even more relaxed than outdoor picnics; no elements to deal with like wind, heat, or rain. Take away the formalities or pressure of having to set up your home to entertain guests and let us do all the work.
Yes! We think a little ambiance goes a long way so we bring our signature style to each bohemian picnic. We take care of all details and arrangements so you can enjoy your time.
No, we leave after you are settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, we can provide staff for an extra fee.
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us with a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
We can host your picnic anywhere in the tri-state area and for anywhere outside the tri-state area a travel fee will be added.
We will do our best to accommodate your location request, however it might have an extra fee when dealing with rough terrain: sand, trails, steep slopes, etc. We may not be able to get our equipment to the requested area. We ask that locations are 50 yards from vehicle access.
All State Parks require a special events permit
That depends on the location, number of people and a couple of other factors. If you have a special spot in mind, we'll let you know if you need a permit and can help with that process.
It depends on how you think the kids will be comfortable:
if you’d like us to include seating and food for them, then include the kids in the guest count. If you have questions, you can always email us and we’re happy to talk it out.
